This painting measures 48 inches in diameter with a 2 inch gold-leafed edge. This custom wood panel is meticulously made with the 2 inch gilded edge extending the entire round panel.  I begin with graphite drawing on the wood surface, adding multiple layers of oil paint, washes, glazes, and metal-leaf.  Each of my paintings has about 30 layers.
